What called me here?

As a little girl, I always loved music and it became a creative outlet of expression for me.  I loved the stage, playing piano & violin, & singing. I decided to go into music at the collegiate level and completed my Bachelor's, Master's, and Artist's Diploma in Vocal Performance. After experiencing professional performance engagements, traveling, and oodles of time performing on the stage, I dealt with debilitating roadblocks due to depression and anxiety.  I didn‘t at the time have the emotional tools or support to navigate through this myself.

I faced immense critical feedback, rejection, and trauma due as a sensitive + empathic woman in a male-dominated (and abusive) industry.  At this time, no one was talking about it, so I kept silent and decided to walk away from the mainstream industry. I felt really alone in my pain in the industry, (Maybe it's just me, and there must be something wrong with me?) and this sent me on a journey of healing and discovery.

Spirit’s intervention Led me to the Blue Ridge Mountains in NC to rediscover my sense of purpose and sovereignty to create on my own terms.  I am passionate about giving artists, singers, and creatives the support and safety in my work that I didn't get when I really needed it, and the ability to move through the traumas, setbacks, rejection, and obstacles we face as artists and creatives in this modern world.  (And I learned it wasn't just me!)

The essence of my healing journey as a sensitive, empathic creator has been collecting back these parts of myself, speaking up, regaining my confidence, and owning my OWN truth and voice for me.  It is my joy and calling to empower others through my holistic voice work to do the same, and be supported by someone who has been there, understands, and truly cares.

It is our birthright to create, share, connect, and express who we are. I am here to support creatives, singers, and artists who want to embody their soul voice "sound", while cultivating confidence through self-connection.

I am committed to telling the truth and my story. In early 2019, I became certified in Life, Energy, and Spiritual Coaching.  I merge the music and coaching worlds together! I support my clients with tools to navigate failure, depression, performance anxieties, and address the blocks to our expression.

I've been to the depths of the darkness many times as a creative, refined by fire, and returned with many gifts to share with YOU.  It is my soul's mission to provide my clients with the emotional support I didn't have, and the tools to navigate the shadow side of our creative lives.  To embrace what gets brushed over culturally- our darkness; and to learn how to navigate it, receive the gifts, and come out the other side as we give birth to our creations & our truest, aligned soul self.
